Bridlington Hospital will throw open its doors to the public on Saturday 7 July to celebrate its 30th birthday.
From 10am - 2pm visitors can visit the flagship chemotherapy unit as well as many of the other wards and take a behind the scenes tour of the hospital.
Emergency response vehicles will be open for young ones to check out, as well as a teddy bear hunt, tombola, cake stalls and children can also dress up as a surgeon and see surgeons perform ‘operations’.
There will be career information on hand for those interested in working for the NHS as well as advice for people wanting to quit smoking, or lead a more healthy life.
The event is free and open to everyone, refreshments and free parking are available.
